Chili cheese dogs remind me of summer. I have so many memories as a kid of eating a messy chili cheese hot dog on a fun summer day. This no bean hot dog chili is packed full of flavor, with a little bit of heat which makes for a delicious chili dog. An upgraded version of your old school canned hot dog chili that everyone will love.
And just wait until you see what I do with the leftovers.
