- 1 stick Unsalted Butter Softened
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese
- 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 clove Garlic
- Using your handy food processor, finely mince the thyme and garlic. Transfer the thyme and garlic mixture to a medium sized bowl and add the butter, blue cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Combine while still keeping some of the blue cheese chunks intact. Spoon on to your favorite meats or breads.
