Place apples into your slow cooker. In a medium bowl combine the remaining ingredients and pour over apples, mixing them together.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 hours, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and continue to cook for an additional 1 hour on low. Using an immersion blender, blend until it reaches the desired smoothness.
Spoon into sterile containers and store in your refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for future use.
Serve on breads, muffins, etc. or give away as gifts.
